Dr. Ajini holds two Masters At Law, as well as, a Doctor At Law degree. She is the founder and Managing Director of Ajilex Ltd, a legal consultancy practice, with main activity and concentration on maritime law, shipping claims and disputes, commercial and companies’ laws, international private law, arbitration, contract and intellectual property laws. She has been a speaker and panellist at various seminars and conferences, an associate lecturer at UCLanCyprus, University of Central Lancashire and a Special Agent of the Liberian Registry in Cyprus and she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre. Acting as a legal advisor to the Czech Embassy in Nicosia; she is heavily involved with the consular matters referred to her by the said Embassy as well as the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Nicosia.

Iro Gidakou is Captain on board LNG Vessel. She is in the Overall Command on board. She acts as the ship’s Security Officer and as the company’s representative while on board. She is responsible for all the operational procedures of the vessel and the manager of the company’s management system on board, as well as the chairman of the vessel’s safety committee. Her main objective as Master is to operate the vessel with the highest level of safety in accordance with the company’s stated principles, policies and objectives. Her work involves the safety and life of the crew, to protect the environment, to safeguard the safety of
the ship and its cargo. Further to her main job role as a Captain, she is also the President of the Merchant Marine Officers Association of Cyprus: MMOAC, which is a non profit organisation that has a main goal, to advance the Cyprus shipping sector and to troubleshoot any naval matters as well as problems regarding the nautical occupation in Cyprus. MMOAC aims to create a nautical culture on the island and enforce a nautical policy in order to increase all maritime activities.

Zena Vardaki has a BSc Economics as well as a Master in Management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester. She also has a Diploma in Marketing and she is a professional Coach and Mentor and a Member of EMCC Europe. She has been nominated for the 2018 UK National Mentoring Awards in the Youth category. For the past five years she provides free mentoring and coaching to over 300 kids and teenagers She is the Branch Manager of AstroBank and she is been working in the banking industry for the last 20 years. She has been writing since she was fourteen years old and she has been awarded with the three-poetry award at the Interartia International Festival in 2018. She is also writing children’s stories and she had published three collections of microfictions early this year.

Andry Voskaridou owns a range of degrees and accolades in a variety of disciplines such as public relations, business administration, event management, and design. She has over 15 year of extensive experience in Public Relations. She is the founder of The Desserts Festival Cyprus, a successful and anticipated event that brings together thousands of visitors from all over the island in one day to celebrate delicious desserts and family fun. She has a clear vision and discipline towards her ultimate goal: to create new and exciting opportunities for aspiring and upcoming talents and businesses in the food and beverage industry. She strives to always offer high quality services to exhibitors and visitors alike. Additionally, she is leading the way into creating previously impossible synergies and modernizing various business concepts.
RAD Examiner and Tutor/ Ballet Teacher/Director of Dance Works School of Ballet
Clare Andreou was born in UK, educated at Arts Educational School, graduating from the Royal Ballet School, as Head Girl and “Most Promising Teacher”. She immediately went into teaching and settled in Nicosia, opening Dance Works School of Ballet in 1991. Her studio produces work of excellence with prize winners and finalists in National and International Ballet Competitions. In 1994 Clare became an Examiner and Tutor of the Royal Academy of Dance. In this role, she has examined and conducted seminars in over 37 countries. In 1999 she was on the Founding Committee of the Lefkosia Youth Ballet. She dedicates her free time to developing projects and opportunities for talented students in Nicosia. She is on the Founding Committee of the Lefkosia Dance House- a space which houses the Lefkosia Youth Ballet but also supports various dance initiatives. She has choreographed for CYBC, Thoc, Theatro Ena and ACT.
Paola Hadjilambri is an award-winning actress, playwright and producer. She has been an Ambassador for her country since 2000 when she was crowned the title of the Olympic Priestess. She is one of the 23 ladies that ignite the Olympic Flame and the only one from Cyprus. She played Hecuba in Euripides Trojan Women which is her signature role in Ancient Greek Drama. She amazed the audiences worldwide in 2018 when she performed ‘Melina: The Last Greek Goddess’ which she co-wrote with her director Paul Lambis and won the ‘Best International Show’ award at the United Solo Festival in New York in 2018 bringing a great honour back to her country since the show was under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Nicos Anastasiades. She made a career by presenting the 8 o’clock news to two of the most prestigious national TV channels while she would still take every opportunity to perform on stage. She bears 3 degrees in Acting, Greek Literature and Law while she has a Master of Arts in IR and she is a candidate for a PhD.
Art Historian of Byzantine Art/Art Consultant
Maria Paphiti was educated at Christie’s Education and the Courtauld Institute of Art in London. For a number of years, she successfully headed the international department of Icons at Christie’s Auctioneers. Since 2009 she has been working as a private advisor to collectors worldwide and she sold icons for world record prices. In addition to her professional activity, she contributed to the repatriation of several artworks looted from Cyprus after the Turkish invasion of 1974. In 2007 she assisted in recovering six important icons from the Metropolis of Morphou. Subsequently she discovered a pair of unique icons stolen from Trikomo. In 2016 she repatriated the most precious artefact missing from Cyprus: the 6th century mosaic of Apostle Andrew from the Church of Panagia Kanakaria. For her work she was honoured with the gold medal of the Order of St. Paul, which is the highest order granted by the Autocephalous Church of Cyprus. She has published on icons and the art market. Since 2011 she is an honorary academician of the International Academy of Culture and Art of Russia.
Dance Science Cyprus
Nefeli Tsiouti started dance in 1995 in Cyprus and danced professionally in Greece & UK (2006-16). She studied: BA French Literature (University of Athens), MA Choreography (Middlesex University), MSc Dance Science (Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance), Sports Massage Therapy Diploma (Sports Therapy UK) and is a BSc Physiotherapy student at European University Cyprus. Currently she is Associate Researcher at the Cyprus Musculoskeletal & Sports Trauma Research Centre & CEO of Breakalign Ltd, an international prevention of injuries research project for dancers. Moreover, she is a dancer & Choreographer, Member of the International Federation of Holistic Therapists, from which she received the award Sports Therapist of the Year 2018. She won 1st Prize and Most Innovative Idea Prize at the EUC-Peak entrepreneurship competition for start-ups in 2018. Her dance training has spread from ballet to hip-hop/Breaking. She has taught in dance schools and universities since 2006 in Greece, UK, Cyprus and provided guest lectures across Europe, USA, Canada and Hong-Kong. She has a mission of preventing injuries for dancers and has been awarded many scholarships to support this vision. She is the organiser of the Dance Science Symposium in Cyprus since 2018.

Creative Director/New Age Grower/HerbanLeaf Farms Ltd
Myrianthi Timveos is the Creative Director and New Age Grower of a start-up family company, HerbanLeaf Farms Ltd. HerbanLeaf is a sustainable indoor hydroponic farm inside a repurposed shipping container providing clean locally grown leafy greens, herbs, and edible flowers. She is a young passionate female farmer in an industry dominated by middle-aged, elderly male farmers. She has quickly learnt and applied the necessary skills, from the technical aspects of operating a new age farm in a controlled environment, to seeding, growing and marketing of the produce grown. Using her design background, she took up the challenge and created the HerbanLeaf brand. Her aim is to provide a healthier alternative and to encourage people to know the source of what they eat, by encouraging the growth of these futuristic farming methods. A vision which will one day see a farm like this at every supermarket and every upmarket hotel.
Clinical Herbalist/Founder of Cyherbia Botanical Park
Miranda Tringis is a clinical herbalist specialised in Mediterranean herbal medicine. She is the founder of Cyherbia Botanical Park in Avgorou, which features 9 themed herb gardens, a maze, a lavender meditation labyrinth, woodland planted in the shape of the island, a distillation room for essential oil extraction, an herbal apothecary, shop and tea room. The park is a popular attraction with tourists as well as locals and schools. At Cyherbia she teaches about the healing herbs of Cyprus in seminars, events and in tours of the gardens. She has created educational programs for schools, which have been applauded by the Ministry of Education. From the organic herbs in the gardens she produces healing tea blends, salves, creams and essential oils in her apothecary. She also organises fantasy events at the park, such as the Fairy Festival, which bring families together for a fun and enchanting day out in nature. Cyherbia and Frederick University have joined forces in the research of an endemic plant of Cyprus and its unique value in cosmetic application. Contracts have been signed at the Research Promotion Foundation in Nicosia, partnering with experts in the university and with the Ministry of Health Laboratory. Cyherbia won the 2019 Cyprus Tourism Award Gold Award in the category Theme Parks.
PHILANTHROPY HUMANITARIAN CATEGORY
Studied Political Science and Philosophy at the AUB (scholarship), Conflict Management and Human Resource Development in the USA (Fulbright), and International Conflict Analysis (with Merit) at the London Centre for International Relations (scholarship). She dedicated her life in Peace and Reconciliation. She trained bicommunal groups in Conflict Resolution and Mediation in Cyprus and abroad. She initiated the bicommunal Choir, Hands Across the Divide, the Citizens Group for Peace in Cyprus, Women Waging Peace, among others. She earned the Stelios Award twice, for the Mediation Initiative and Guided Tours in Cyprus. She holds the Diploma in Recital Performance from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama (Merit). She sang at the first bicommunal concert in Cyprus for the UN. She has been giving concerts for charity all over Cyprus. She is a multi-lingual Tourist Guide and has worked at the Cyprus Tourism Organization (1982-2019).
Irini Kalotychou is renowned for fighting for justice, always helping people to stand on their feet and fight against the system. In 1994 she fought against her now ex-husband and for the first time in Cyprus, was awarded full custody of their son. Later on, with some friends, she created the single mothers-fathers association (5.5.95) that fought for similar rights. She has fought against the corruption during the stock market, with MAKIPO and is a member of EVNOMIA, a non-profit organisation, against corruption and justice. In 2018, she fought the president and members of the SEK Real Estate organisation, who sustained her license for three years, and she won in the upper court. Her intention is to continue to fight against everything illegal, injustice and give lessons to society by the experience of her own life. She is a real estate licensed estate agent, and the Manager Director of E.K. Executives Estate Agents Ltd, working as an estate agent for more than thirty years.
The established award event plays homage to all women, marking a significant accolade, who contribute outstandingly in the business, cultural, environmental and philanthropy life of Cyprus; by a presentation of awards entitled: Cyprus-National Corporate Entrepreneur Woman of the Year Award, Cyprus-National Cultural Woman of the Year Award, Cyprus-National Community & Environment Woman of the Year Award, Cyprus-National Philanthropy & Humanitarian Woman of the Year Award.
All finalists are honoured at the Award Ceremony and evaluated by merit of their contributory skills within the defined category of entry placement. The category winners and outright winner (announced at event) from the finalists (pre-announced) will be awarded the prestigious title Cyprus-National ‘Kivotos Golden Lady Woman of the Year’ 2019. The judges’ decision is final stipulated by regulations of Compliance. Any potential discrepancy regarding the winning procedure will only be addressed legally abiding the corporate procedure mandate of competitions outlined by the Cyprus’ Government.
